Return & Exchange Policy

Inspection and Notification

Customers are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us promptly at sales@simplyeffortless.com.


14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy beginning on the date of delivery. Return requests must be submitted and item(s) shipped back to Simply Effortless within this 14-day period.

If a return is approved but shipped after the required 14-day window, the return will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any fees associated with shipping the item(s) back.


Return Conditions

  • Returns for non-custom orders are accepted only if postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Customers must contact Simply Effortless and receive approval before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging. Items must be carefully repackaged to prevent damage during return transit.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns of non-defective items, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The restocking fee may be waived if a replacement or new order of equal or greater value is placed prior to receipt of the returned items.
  • Multiple return requests from the same order are not accepted. All items must be included in a single return request submitted within the 14-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Special orders
  • Custom orders
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear
  • Final-sale items

Buyer’s Remorse and Shipping Deductions

If a return is requested due to buyer’s remorse or reasons not related to a product defect, damage, or seller error, Simply Effortless reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund, including shipping fees waived as part of a “free shipping” promotion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

Exchanges of Non-Defective Items (Non-Custom Orders Only)

14-Day Exchange Policy

Exchanges for non-defective items are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accommodated.

If an exchange is approved but shipped after the required 14-day window, the exchange will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred to return the item(s).


Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are available for different items, provided the returned items are unused and undamaged.
  • Customers must contact Simply Effortless and receive approval before initiating an exchange. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to Simply Effortless. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. Simply Effortless assumes no responsibility or liability for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit. If a return or exchange is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after returned item(s) are received and inspected to confirm they are unused and in resellable condition, including all original packaging and any included screws or installation components (if applicable).

If returned items are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging, Simply Effortless reserves the right to deny the refund. Approved refunds of non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and deduction of return shipping costs. The restocking fee may be waived if a replacement or new order of equal or greater value is placed prior to receipt of the returned items.


Refund Notification

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within two weeks of receipt. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Final Sale Items

Final-sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes items marked as final sale or custom orders, which are confirmed in writing prior to order placement.


Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or Defective Item Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Exchanges are available only for the same item.

We may request photos of the damaged or defective item before issuing a replacement. Please email images along with your order details to sales@simplyeffortless.com.


Shipping Costs for Defective Items

Simply Effortless will cover standard shipping costs for defective items when the exchange request is submitted within the 7-day window.

If damage occurred during transit, please retain the original packaging and provide detailed photos to assist with carrier claims.


Order Cancellations

Non-Custom Orders

Orders canceled prior to fulfillment are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be canceled.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final and cannot be canceled once payment is received.
