Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national U.S. holidays.
Items that require longer handling times are typically noted on the product page and may take additional time due to being custom-made, non-stock items, or requiring extra preparation.
Please note that selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not shorten the internal lead time for preparing your order, as indicated on the product page.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated by weight, shipping method, and destination. These charges are displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times Within the U.S.
- USPS First Class and Priority: 1–8 business days
- UPS: 2–8 business days
Please note that USPS First Class and Priority shipping do not guarantee delivery times. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Express or an equivalent UPS service, which are paid by the customer.
Purchasing expedited shipping does not guarantee next-day shipment. Please refer to the lead time indicated on the product page. Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occasionally occur.
Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at the time of order, Simply Effortless cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays, lost packages, or additional costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately at sales@simplyeffortless.com. While we will make every effort to assist in correcting the address before the order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been fulfilled.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order to the correct address. No refunds will be issued for orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Simply Effortless ships to addresses within the U.S. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box and the shipping box is large, we may contact you prior to shipping, as some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please consider this when placing your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours after the carrier processes the package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Simply Effortless is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges incurred during or after shipping (including tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping Policy
Our website primarily supports U.S. orders. International customers interested in purchasing from Simply Effortless should contact us through the Contact Us form or by emailing sales@simplyeffortless.com.
Shipping to U.S. territories such as Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico is not considered international shipping and is covered under our standard U.S. shipping policy.
